(a) |
The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 37 described in this subsection shall not be used for the purposes described herein: |
1. |
In Ocean County: |
|
i. In the Township of Toms River (formerly Dover Twp.): |
(1) |
No jumping, diving, crabbing, fishing or loitering shall be permitted along both sides: |
|
(A) For the entire length of the Thomas A. Mathis Bridge over the Barnegat Bay (Route NJ 37 eastbound) (approximate milepost 11.92). |
|
(B) For the entire length of the J. Stanley Tunney Bridge over the Barnegat Bay (Route NJ 37 westbound) (approximate milepost 11.92). |
(2) |
Bicycles shall be prohibited from being driven and walked along both sides: |
|
(A) For the entire length of the Thomas A. Mathis Bridge over the Barnegat Bay (Route NJ 37 eastbound) (approximate milepost 11.92). |
(3) |
Pedestrians shall be prohibited from walking along both sides: |
|
(A) For the entire length of the Thomas A. Mathis Bridge over the Barnegat Bay (Route NJ 37 eastbound) (approximate milepost 11.92). |
(4) |
Bicycles shall be prohibited from being driven and must be walked along the northerly side: |
|
(A) For the entire length of the J. Stanley Tunney Bridge over the Barnegat Bay (Route NJ 37 westbound) (approximate milepost 11.92). |
