(a) |
The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 7 described in this subsection shall not be used for the purposes described herein: |
1. |
In Hudson County: |

i. In the City of Jersey City: |
(1) |
No jumping, diving, crabbing, fishing, or loitering shall be permitted along both sides: |
|
(A) For the entire length of the Wittpen Bridge over the Hackensack River (approximate milepost 0.42). |
|
ii. In the Town of Kearny: |
(1) |
No jumping, diving, crabbing, fishing, or loitering shall be permitted along both sides: |
|
(A) For the entire length of the Wittpen Bridge over the Hackensack River (approximate milepost 0.42). |
(2) |
No jumping, diving, crabbing, fishing, or loitering shall be permitted along the southbound (westerly) side: |
|
(A) For the entire length of the bridge over the Passaic River (approximate milepost 5.35). |

In Bergen County: |

i. In the Borough of North Arlington: |
(1) |
No jumping, diving, crabbing, fishing, or loitering shall be permitted along the northbound (easterly) side: |

(A) For the entire length of the bridge over the Passaic River (approximate milepost 5.35). |

In Essex County: |

i. In the Township of Belleville: |

No jumping, diving, crabbing, fishing, or loitering shall be permitted along both sides: |

(A) For the entire length of the bridge over the Passaic River (approximate milepost 6.05). |
