(a) The certain parts of State Highway Routes NJ 124 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as mid-block crosswalks:
1. In Morris County:
i. In the Borough of Madison:
(1) Mid-block crosswalks:
(A) Beginning at a point 360 feet west of the westerly curb line of Treadwell Avenue and extending 6 feet westerly therefrom (approximate milepost 2.94).
(B) Beginning at a point 550 feet east of the easterly curb line of Elm Street / Lancaster Road and extending 6 feet easterly therefrom (approximate milepost 4.06).
(C) Beginning at a point 300 feet east of the easterly curb line of Alexander Avenue and extending 10 feet easterly therefrom (approximate milepost 4.92).
