(a) The certain parts of State Highway Routes NJ 46 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as mid-block crosswalks:
1. In Morris County:
i. In the Township of Mine Hill:
(1) Mid-block crosswalk:
(A) Beginning at a point 75 feet west of the westerly curb line of Randall Avenue and extending 6 feet westerly therefrom (approximate milepost 36.18).
