(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 49 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as mid-block crosswalks:
1. In Cumberland County:
i. In the City of Millville:
(1) Mid-block crosswalks:
(A) Beginning at a point 474 feet east of the prolongation of the easterly curb line of East Forest Glen Drive and extending 8 feet easterly therefrom (approximate milepost 38.80).
