Roebling Light Rail Station
Certain parts of the NJ Transit center known as the Roebling Light Rail Station, located in the Township of Florence in Burlington County, are under New Jersey Department of Transportation jurisdiction.  Traffic on these sections of the transit center is hereby controlled by the following regulations:
(a) All vehicles must park in designated areas and between the lines provided within the transit center.
(b) The certain parts of the transit center described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no stopping or standing” zones, where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) Along all roadways and aisles indicated on the site plan.
(c) The certain parts of the transit center described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “handicapped parking” areas for the use of persons who have been issued special vehicle identification cards by the Motor Vehicle Commission in accordance with the provisions of NJSA 39:4-197.5:
(1) Handicapped Parking:
(A) Within the designated parking areas as indicated on the site plan, during all hours.
(d) The certain parts of the transit center described in this subsection are hereby designated as stop intersections:
(1) Stop signs shall be installed:
(A) At the intersection of Road “B” and Steel Mill Drive for traffic traveling along Road “B”.
(B) At the intersection of Road “A” and Road “B” for traffic traveling along Road “A”.
(e) The certain parts of the transit center described in this subsection are hereby designated for one way traffic:
(1) One way streets in the eastbound direction:
(A) Along Road “A” for its entire length.
(f) The rate of speed designated for the certain parts of the transit center described in this subsection are hereby established and adopted as the maximum legal rate of speed:
(1) For both directions of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 10 MPH along all roadways and aisles indicated on the site plan.
(g) Turning movements for the certain parts of the transit center described in this subsection are hereby regulated as follows:
(1) No right turns for the westbound direction of traffic:
(A) From westbound on Road “B” to northbound on Steel Mill Drive.
(h) The certain parts of the transit center described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as loading zones, where parking is prohibited at all times except for the loading or unloading of passengers:
(1) Loading zones along the south side:
(A) Along Road “A” as indicated on the site plan.
(i) The certain parts of the transit center described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as mid-block crosswalks:
(1) Mid-block crosswalks:
(A) Along Road “A” between a point 271 feet east of the easterly curb line of Steel Mill Drive and a point 6 feet east therefrom.
(j) The certain parts of the transit center described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no parking bus stop” zones, where the parking of any vehicle other than omnibuses, picking up or discharging passengers, is prohibited at all times:
(1) Bus stops along the south side:
(A) Along Road “A” as indicated on the site plan.
(k) The certain parts of the transit center described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “tow-away zones”, where any vehicle parked or standing may be removed by towing the vehicle at the owners or operators expense:
(1) Tow-Away Zones:
(A) Any vehicles parked or standing as to obstruct or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exit ways, loading zones, oil fills, any grassy area, pedestrian walkway, or present in any way a safety or traffic hazard.
