Traffic Regulations

(a)

The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 31 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as "no passing" zones:

1.

In Mercer County:

i. In the City of Trenton, the Township of Ewing, the Township of Hopewell, and the Borough of Pennington:

(1)

No Passing Zones:

(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-014 dated August 15, 1977.

In Hunterdon County:

i. In the Township of East Amwell, the Township of West Amwell, the Borough of Flemington, the Township of  Raritan, the Township of Readington, the Township of Clinton, the Town of Clinton, the Township of Lebanon, the Borough of Glen Gardner, and the Borough of Hampton:

No Passing Zones:

(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-015 dated August 15, 1977.

In Warren County:

i. In the Borough of Washington, the Township of Washington, the Township of Mansfield, the Township of Oxford, and the Township of White:

No Passing Zones:

(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-016A dated January 26, 2010.
