The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 45 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as "no passing" zones:

1.

In Salem County:

i. In the City of Salem, the Township of Mannington, the Township of Pilesgrove, and the Borough of Woodstown:

No Passing Zones:

(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-104 dated April 11, 1986.

In Gloucester County:

i. In the Township of South Harrison, the Township of Harrison, the Township of Mantua, the Borough of Woodbury Heights, the City of Woodbury, the Township of West Deptford, the Township of Deptford, and the Borough of Westville:

No Passing Zones:

(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-106 dated June 16, 1986.
