(a)

The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 47 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as "no passing" zones:

1.

In Cape May County:

i. In the City of Wildwood, the Township of Lower, the Township of Middle, and the Township of Dennis:

No Passing Zones:

(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-028E dated September 29, 2009.

In Cumberland County:

i. In the Township of Maurice River, the City of Millville, and the City of Vineland:

No Passing Zones:

(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-042 dated January 29, 1979.

In Gloucester County:

i. In the Township of Franklin, the Borough of Clayton, the Borough of Glassboro, the Township of Washington, the Township of  Deptford, and the Borough of Westville:

No Passing Zones:

(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-030 dated April 27, 1978.
