The certain parts of State Highway Route US 1 & 9 described in this section are designated and established as "no stopping or standing" zones where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions adopted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, NJSA 52:14B-1 et seq., and NJAC 1:30. In accordance with the NJSA 39:4-198, proper signs shall be erected to notify the motoring public. |
