(a) |
The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 34 described in this subsection are designated and established as "no parking" zones where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions adopted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, NJSA 52:14B-1 et seq, and NJAC 1.30. In accordance with NJSA 39:4-198, proper signs shall be erected to notify the motoring public. |
