Restricted Parking and Stopping

Route NJ 38
(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 38 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no stopping or standing” zones, where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times:
1. In Burlington County:
i. In the Township of Maple Shade:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions (approximate mileposts 4.4 to 6.1).
ii. In the Township of Mount Laurel:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions (approximate mileposts 8.86 to 12.49).
iii. In the Township of Lumberton:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
iv.  In the Township of Mount Holly:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
(b) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 38 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no parking bus stop” zones, where the parking of any vehicle other than omnibuses, picking up or discharging passengers, is prohibited at all times:
1. In Camden County:
i. In the Township of Pennsauken:
(1) Far side bus stops along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Between the easterly curb line of the Route NJ 70 overpass and a point 100 feet easterly therefrom.
(2) Mid-block bus stops along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Between a point 765 feet west of the westerly curb line of Burwood Avenue and a point 135 feet westerly therefrom.
(3) Near side bus stops along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Between the easterly curb line of Sinkinson Avenue and a point 105 feet easterly therefrom.
(4) Mid-block bus stops along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Between a point 750 feet west of the westerly curb line of Burwood Avenue and a point 135 feet westerly therefrom.
ii. In the Township of Cherry Hill:
(1) Far side bus stops along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Between the easterly curb line of Mall Drive and a point 179 feet easterly therefrom.
(2) Far side bus stops along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Between the westerly curb line of Chestnut Street and a point 135 feet westerly therefrom.
2. In Burlington County:
i. In the Township of Maple Shade:
(1) Near side bus stops along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Between the easterly curb line of Rudderow Avenue and a point 105 feet easterly therefrom.
ii.  In the Township of Mount Laurel:
(1) Along Route NJ 38, eastbound, on the southerly side at:
(A) Midlantic Drive – (far side) (NJ Transit ID# 14655) – Beginning at the easterly curb line of Midlantic Drive and extending 100 feet easterly therefrom.
(B) Marter Avenue – (near side) (NJ Transit ID# 14656) – Beginning at the westerly curb line of Marter Avenue and extending 105 feet westerly therefrom.
(C) Briggs Road – (near side) (NJ Transit ID# 14657) – Beginning at the westerly curb line of Briggs Road and extending 105 feet westerly therefrom.
(D) Hartford Road – (near side) (NJ Transit ID# 14658) – Beginning at the westerly curb line of Hartford Road and extending 105 feet westerly therefrom.
(E) Larchmont Boulevard – (near side) (NJ Transit ID# 14659) – Beginning at the westerly curb line of Larchmont Boulevard and extending 105 feet westerly therefrom.
(F) Ark Road – (near side) (NJ Transit ID# 14660) – Beginning at the westerly curb of Ark Road and extending 105 feet westerly therefrom.
(2) Along Route NJ 38, westbound, on the northerly side:
(A) Between Union Mill Road and Ark Road – (mid-block) (NJ Transit ID# 14661) – Beginning at a point 2900 feet west of Union Mill Road and extending 135 feet westerly therefrom.
(B) Between Ark Road and Larchmont Boulevard – (mid-block) (NJ Transit ID# 14662) – Beginning at a point 1990 feet west of Ark Road and extending 135 feet westerly therefrom.
(C) Hartford Road – (near side) (NJ Transit ID# 14663) – Beginning at the easterly curb line of Hartford Road and extending 105 feet easterly therefrom.
(D) Briggs Road – (far side) (NJ Transit ID# 14664) – Beginning at the westerly curb ramp of Briggs Road and extending 100 feet westerly therefrom.
(E) Marter Avenue – (near side) (NJ Transit ID# 14665) – Beginning at the westerly curb ramp of Marter Avenue and extending 105 feet easterly therefrom.
iii.  In the Township of Hainesport:
(1) Mid-block bus stops along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Between a point 145 feet west of the westerly curb line of Northampton Avenue and a point 135 feet westerly therefrom, towards Iowa Avenue.
