(a) |
The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 41 described in this section are designated and established as "no stopping or standing" zones where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions adopted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, NJSA 52:14B-1 et seq., and NJAC 1:30. In accordance with the NJSA 39:4-198, proper signs shall be erected to notify the motoring public. |

(A) From Route NJ 47 to Clements Bridge Road including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions. |

No stopping or standing along both sides: |

(A) Between the intersections of Evesham Road and Route NJ 168. |

(A) Between Maple Shade Township-Cherry Hill Township corporate line and the intersection of Routes NJ 41-NJ 70-NJ 154 (Ellisburg) traffic circle. |
(b) |
The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 41 described in this subsection shall be designated and established as "no parking bus stop" zones where parking is prohibited at all times. In accordance with the provisions of NJSA 39:4-199, permission is granted to erect appropriate signs at the following established bus stops: |

Near side bus stops along the southbound (westerly) side: |

(A) Park Boulevard - Beginning at the northerly curb line of Park Boulevard and extending 105 feet northerly therefrom. |

Far side bus stops along the southbound (westerly) side: |
|
(A) Chelton Parkway - Beginning at the prolongation of the southerly curb line of Chelton Parkway and extending 135 feet south therefrom. |
(3) |
Mid-block bus stops along the southbound (westerly) side: |

(A) Ryans Run - Beginning 120 feet south of the southerly curb line of Ryans Run and extending 100 feet southerly therefrom. |

(B) Chelton Parkway - Beginning 730 feet south of the southerly curb line of Chelton Parkway and extending 150 feet southerly therefrom. |
