(a) |
The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 57 described in this subsection are designated and established as "no stopping or standing" zones where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions adopted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, NJSA 52:14B-1 et seq., and NJAC 1:30. In accordance with the NJSA 39:4-198, proper signs shall be erected. |

In accordance with the provisions of NJSA 39:4-199 permission is granted to erect appropriate signs at the following established loading zones: |

Loading zones along the eastbound (southerly) side: |

(A) Beginning at a point 35 feet east of the easterly curb line of Broad Street and extending 59 feet therefrom. |
(2) |
Loading zones along the eastbound (southerly) side from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM: |

(A) From a point 174 feet east of the easterly curb line of Broad Street, to a point 248 feet east of the easterly curb line of Broad Street. |
(3) |
Loading zones along the westbound (northerly) side from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM: |

(c) |
The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 57 described in this subsection shall be designated and established as a restricted parking space, for the use of persons who have been issued Special Vehicle Identification Cards by the Division of Motor Vehicles. No other person shall be permitted to park in these areas. In accordance with the provisions of NJSA 39:4-199, permission is granted to erect appropriate signs at the following established handicapped parking spaces: |

Handicapped parking along the eastbound (southerly) side: |

(A) Beginning at a point 93 feet east of the easterly curb line of Broad Street and extending 23 feet easterly therefrom. |

(B) Beginning at a point 166 feet east of the prolongation of the easterly curb line of Wandling Avenue and extending 23 feet easterly therefrom. |
(2) |
Handicapped parking along the westbound (northerly) side: |

(A) Beginning at a point 25 feet west of the westerly curb line of School Street and extending 20 feet westerly therefrom. |
|
(B) Beginning at a point 45 feet west of the westerly curb line of School Street and extending 23 feet westerly therefrom. |
