The rate of speed designated for the certain parts of Boulevard (under State jurisdiction) described in this subsection shall be established and adopted as the maximum legal rate of speed: |

For both directions of traffic: |

(A) 35 MPH for its entire length between Route NJ 57 and Route NJ 31. |
