The rate of speed designated for certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 13 described in this subsection are hereby established and adopted as the maximum legal rate of speed: |

i. In the Borough of Point Pleasant: |

(A) Zone 1: 35 MPH between 158 feet west of Rue Lido Boulevard and Bay Avenue (County Route 604) (approximate mileposts 0.00 to 0.49); thence |

ii. In the Borough of Bay Head: |

For both directions of traffic: |
|
(A) Zone 1: 35 MPH between Bay Avenue (County Route 604) and 370 feet east of Bay Avenue (County Route 604) (approximate mileposts 0.49 to 0.56). |
