The rate of speed designated for the certain parts State Highway Route NJ 175 described in this subsection are hereby established and adopted as the maximum legal rate of speed: |

i. In the City of Trenton: |

For the northbound direction of traffic: |
|
(A) Zone 1: 25 MPH within the corporate limits between Aberfeldy Drive and the City of Trenton - Ewing Township corporate line (approximate mileposts 0.00 to 0.27); thence |

ii. In the Township of Ewing: |

For both directions of traffic: |
|
(A) Zone 1: 45 MPH between the City of Trenton-Ewing Township corporate line and West Upper Ferry Road (approximate mileposts 0.27 to 1.80); thence |
|
(B) Zone 2: 40 MPH between West Upper Ferry Road and the Delaware-Raritan Feeder Canal (approximate mileposts 1.80 to 2.15); thence |
|
(C) Zone 3: 45 MPH between the Delaware-Raritan Feeder Canal and the northernmost terminus of Route NJ 175 at Route NJ 29 (approximate mileposts 2.15 to 2.95). |
