(C) Zone 3: 40 MPH between the northernmost Freehold Borough-Freehold Township corporate line and Ryan Boulevard (approximate mileposts 2.42 to 2.51); thence |

(D) Zone 4: 50 MPH between Ryan Boulevard and the Freehold Township-Marlboro Township corporate line (approximate mileposts 2.51 to 3.91); thence |
