This Traffic Regulation Order will require the Department’s Bureau of Traffic Engineering and Safety Programs to establish safe and reasonable speed limits on South Service Road and North Service Road (vicinity of Route NJ 3, under State jurisdiction) as follows; |

(A) 35 MPH between approximately 250 feet west of Wall Street West and Route NJ 3 overpass. |

(A) 40 MPH between the Route NJ 3 overpass and Orient Way | |
