In accordance with the provisions of NJSA 39:4-98, the rate of speed designated for the bridge described herein below shall be and hereby is established and adopted as the maximum legal rate of speed thereat: |

For both directions of traffic: |

(A) 15 MPH on bridge which is located between South Avenue and North Avenue on Terrill Road. |
