(a) Turning movements for the certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 63 described in this subsection are hereby regulated as follows:
1. In Bergen County:
i. In the Borough of Palisades Park:
(1) No left turns between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM, and 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday:
(A) From Route NJ 63 northbound (Bergen Boulevard) onto Northwood Way westbound (approximate milepost 2.03).
