(a)	Turning movements for the certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 79 described in this subsection are hereby regulated as follows:
1.	In Monmouth County:
	i. In the Township of Freehold:
(1)	No left turns:
	(A) From Route NJ 79 northbound onto Moreau Avenue westbound (approximate milepost 0.35).
	ii. In the Borough of Freehold:
(1)	No left turns:
	(A) From Route NJ 79 southbound into the Post Office driveway eastbound (approximate milepost 1.58).
	iii. In the Township of Marlboro:
(1)	No left turns between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM, and 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday when school is in session:
	(A) From the southerly Marlboro High School driveway eastbound onto Route NJ 79 northbound (approximate milepost 6.45).
(2)	No left turns:
	(A) From Entrance “A” of the Bear Brook Commons Shopping Center eastbound (Lots 4, 5, & 6) onto Route NJ 79 northbound (approximate milepost 6.80).
