Restoration of the former Governor's mansion celebrates the history of New Jersey. Exterior work has been completed. The building is now covered in a limestone wash, returning it to its mid-19th century appearance. Work on the 10,000 square-foot interior is underway, and that is expected to be completed in 2003.
