Commercial Real Estate Wanted

The State of New Jersey, Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction, seeks to lease real estate in the southern, central and northern regions.

There may be times when there are no current advertised requests for space in a particular region. The DPM&C, however, maintains a database of properties submitted to the State for consideration. Please check the DPM&C Questions and Answers for general information, or simply complete a Property Profile form and send it to the Office of Property & Lease Negotiations to have your property be considered for future space needs.

For general information about leases, please refer to Leases with the State
