Pension Provisions and/or State Health Benefits Program Provisions
of the Domestic Partnership Act
Chapter 246, P.L. 2003

Listed below are county, municipal, and educational employers who have resolved to provide pension benefits to
same-sex domestic partners under Chapter 246, P.L. 2003, the Domestic Partnership Act, AND Local employers participating in the State Health Benefits Program (SHBP) or School Employees' Health Benefits Program (SEHBP) who have resolved to provide SHBP or SEHBP benefits, as applicable, to same-sex domestic partners under Chapter 246, P.L. 2003, the Domestic Partnership Act.
