Long Term Care Insurance Plan


Enrollment in the Long Term Care Insurance Plan is available to individuals and their eligible family members, who are employed by the State, a state college or university, or a New Jersey Local Governmental or Educational entity provided it has adopted to offer the plan by resolution, and individuals that were employed by these employers State and Local employers at the time of their retirement. The Long Term Care Insurance Plan is administered for the State of New Jersey by the Prudential Insurance Company of America.
