Open Enrollment for Plan Year 2018 will begin on October 2, 2017. Applications must be received by your employer by October 31, 2017.
Note: Retirees don’t have an open enrollment period. You can make changes at any time, as long as you’ve been with a plan for at least a year. Retirees – find information for plan year 2018.
Active Employees are employees of the State of New Jersey along with Local Government and Local Education members of an employer location that participates with the State Health Benefits Program (SHBP) or School Employees’ Health Benefits Program (SEHBP). If you belong to one of these groups, this information is for you.
