Do you need to make changes to your health benefits coverage? Whatever your open enrollment needs, we have it all right here. Use the links in the blue bar above to guide you to your destination. From there, you can find what you need to review your plan choices, calculate your costs, and get an application.

Open Enrollment for Plan Year 2018 will begin on October 2, 2017. Applications must be received by your employer by October 31, 2017.

Note: Retirees don’t have an open enrollment period. You can make changes at any time, as long as you’ve been with a plan for at least a year. Retirees – find information for plan year 2018.

Please Note: Instead of enrolling in COBRA continuation coverage, there may be other coverage options for you and your family through the Health Insurance Marketplace, Medicaid, or other group health plan coverage options (such as a spouse’s plan) through what is called a “special enrollment period.” Some of these options may cost less than COBRA continuation coverage. You can learn more about many of these options at www.healthcare.gov

NOTE: COBRA Applications must be certified by the employer before sending it to the NJDPB.
