Open Enrollment for Plan Year 2018 will begin on October 2, 2017. Applications must be received by your employer by October 31, 2017.
Note: Retirees don’t have an open enrollment period. You can make changes at any time, as long as you’ve been with a plan for at least a year. Retirees – find information for plan year 2018.
Under Chapter 375, certain children over age 26 may be eligible for coverage until age 31.

An over age child is enrolled for coverage in exactly the same plan or plans (medical and/or prescription drug) that the covered parent has selected. The child may not choose a different medical plan and is not eligible for dental or vision benefits.
