Due to fiscal restraints, the Division of Pensions and Benefits has suspended all regional and on-site training seminars.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

You may schedule an Counseling Interview Appointment with a pension counselor at our Trenton office through the “Counseling Appointments” link on the Division of Pensions and Benefits home page.

Many additional resources are available on our Web site, www.state.nj.us/treasury/pensions to assist you with any retirement questions you may have.

If you plan to retire within the next two years, you may obtain a retirement estimate through the Member Benefits Online System (MBOS). Log on to MBOS or find out how to Register for MBOS.

Online calculators are available for an estimate of your retirements benefits, the cost of a purchase of service credit, or conversion of group life insurance. The "Can I afford to Retire?" worksheet is also available.
