Form 1099-Rs for tax year 2012 are mailed to retirees. Please allow sufficent time for post office delivery.

Due to the late approval of federal tax rates, many retirees saw an adjustment in tax with benefit payments paid on and after February 1, 2013.

Tax withholding change processing times currently run four weeks from the date the Division receives your Form W-4P.
