Set-Aside Requirement Information

IMPORTANT NOTE: This Advertising Bid Proposal is a Small Business Set-Aside Procurement, which means that only those firms registered with the New Jersey Commerce and Economic Growth Commission (Commerce) on the date the bid proposal is received and opened will be eligible to receive a contract resulting from this procurement. If you believe that your firm qualifies as a small business and are not currently registered with Commerce, you should contact Commerce's Office of Small Business to obtain detailed information, and to apply for registration. To assist you in determining if your firm might qualify as a small business, please answer the questions below:

Does your firm have 100 or fewer employees?
Is your firm's principal place of business located within the boundaries of the State of New Jersey?
Is your firm's annual revenue $12 million or less?

If the answer to ALL of the above questions is "YES", please proceed to the details of this procurement for additional set-aside requirements.
