Request for Information - Unit Dose Pharmaceutical Services (DHS & DMAVA)

DHS & DMAVA will be seeking a Vendor to provide pharmaceuticals, primarily in unit dose, and a system for their distribution, including computerized support, equipment and personnel, to selected State long term care facilities/hospitals.
