Notice of Intent to Participate in Cooperative Contract – Elevator Maintenance and Repair Service
Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey intends to participate in the City and County of Denver Colorado’s U.S. Communities Government Purchasing Alliance contract for Elevator Maintenance and Repair Service. Information regarding this contract may be found on the following website at:
The City and County of Denver’s contract has a term of three (3) years from January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2011. The contract may be extended for an additional two (2) years at the discretion of the City and County of Denver.
The State of New Jersey is permitted to join cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2.
Note: The comment period ends with the close of business on June 3, 2011.
