Notice of Intent to Participate in Cooperative Contract – State of Nevada’s WSCA contract for Multifunction Copiers and Related Software.

Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey intends to participate in the State of Nevada’s WSCA contract, Multifunction Copiers and Related Software. The State intends to award contracts to Canon U.S.A. Inc, Ricoh Americas Corporation, Sharp Electronics Corporation, Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc., Xerox Corporation. The State of Nevada’s contract has a term of three (3) years from June 1, 2009 through June 30, 2012. The contract has been extended for an additional two (2) years to June 30, 2014 upon mutual agreement of the parties.

The period for comments expires on September 7, 2012.

The State of New Jersey is permitted to join cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2.
