This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued by the Procurement Bureau, Division of Purchase and Property, Department of the Treasury on behalf of the Department of Environmental Protection’s Green Acres Program (Green Acres).

The purpose of this RFQ is to identify licensed title producers who are able to provide title services for flood-prone properties in South River (76) and Sayreville (67-72) impacted by Superstorm Sandy that are under consideration for potential acquisition by the State of New Jersey. These title services are required by the Green Acres Program as well as the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

Question deadline is Monday, October 7, 2013 at 2:00PM (Eastern Standard Time).

RFQ response deadline is Thursday, October 10, 2013 at 1:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time).
