State Agencies, NJ Division of Purchase and Property Cooperative Purchasing Partners, and Contractors should note the Hourly Unit Rates presented in the Comparative Price Sheet below are not for use for Superstorm Sandy recovery activities and only should be used for future events as warranted. Under the FEMA Public Assistance Program, FEMA will typically only reimburse applicants for a time and materials contract for eligible debris clearance during the first 70 hours of clearance work.

Addendum #4 and the revised Attachment 1 - Price Proposal Form have been posted below. Please disregard the December 18, 2012 Price Proposal Form as it has been changed. Addendum #4 removes all marine-related debris removal activities from the RFQ and the corresponding price lines have been removed from the Price Proposal Form. These activities will be the subject of a future procurement, which will be posted on the Division’s website in the near future.
Please note that the bid opening date has not changed and remains December 27, 2012 at 2:00 p.m.

from the vendor community, which led to several changes
to the RFQ and corresponding Price Sheet. The answers

are posted below. Bidders are advised to read both the
revised RFQ and the Question and Answer document. Thank
