Notice Of Intent To Participate in Cooperative Contract - Inmate Kiosks Systems

Please note that the State of New Jersey intends to participate in the following cooperative contract.

The State of New Jersey anticipates joining the Nevada State contract in March 2013.

The State of Nevada contract term is as follows:

Initial Contract Period: August 1, 2011 through July 31, 2015

Please be advised that it is the intent of the Director of the Division of Purchase and Property to make a contract award to JPay Inc., and Keefe Commissary Network (KCN) pursuant to the bid proposal(s) submitted in response to the referenced State of Nevada Request for Proposal.

The State of New Jersey is permitted to join cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2.
