Notice of Intent to Participate in Cooperative Contract- WSCA Mailroom Equipment, Supplies and Maintenance

Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey is investigating the possibility of entering into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Mailroom Equipment, Supplies and Maintenance to replace the existing State contract T0200-Mailroom Equipment and Maintenance, Various State Agencies which expires 09/30/2012.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of New Jersey is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.

Please be advised that the State will not accept any communications during this preliminary stage of its investigation.
