NOTICE OF INTENT TO PARTICIPATE IN COOPERATIVE CONTRACT –
Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey is investigating the possibility of entering into a publicly advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for a Job Order Contracting (JOC) system for bridge maintenance and preservation discipline projects, with subsequent development of additional appropriate contract services, to replace the existing State GSA-based contract for job order contracting services, G2015 – 14-r-23242, “Bridge Maintenance DOT,” which expires on August 31, 2017.

Under N.J.S.A 52:34-6.2, the State of New Jersey is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements. 

Please be advised that the State will not accept any communications during this preliminary stage of its investigation.
