CHANGE REGISTERED AGENT

If you wish to change your registered agent information, you may do so online. When making a change, it is important that you provide a New Jersey street address; a postal box may be used as long as a street address is provided as well. The fee for processing a change is $25.00. You may pay the fee via any major credit cards, depository accounts or e-check accounts.

You may also change your registered agent information when filing your annual report.

If you have just filed your agent change online, you must wait 1 business day before the change will be shown on any standing certificate.
