The original of all Alcoholic Beverage Tax Reports (Control Sheet with necessary schedules) should be filed with the New Jersey Division of Taxation - Beverage Tax, PO Box 241, Trenton, NJ 08646-0241. The filing of a duplicate of the Alcoholic Beverage Tax Report is no longer required; however, the filing of duplicates of Schedules “E”, “M”, and/or “T” is still required. Of course, you should continue to keep a complete copy of each Alcoholic Beverage Tax Report for your files.
