Below are the names of software vendors that have been approved by the Division of Taxation to produce the 2005 Corporation Business Tax Forms, CBT-100 and CBT-100S. The first list contains the names of software vendors that have been approved to produce a non 2-D bar coded return. The second list contains the names of software vendors that have been approved to produce a 2-D bar coded return.

When a software vendor appears on either list, this means that they have passed the review and testing procedures established by the Division of Taxation and are producing forms that contain all the required data fields to process the return. The Division has NOT reviewed the accuracy of the software program or the software program’s calculations. The Division is NOT liable and does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy of these corporation business tax programs.
