You can get information on the status (amount) of your homeowner or tenant rebate either online or by phone. 2008 rebate check information for homeowners who are under age 65 and not disabled will not be available until the fall.

• Phone Inquiry: 1-877-658-2972 (toll-free within NJ, NY, PA, DE, and MD). (Current year information available August through April only)

Information about your rebate will not be available until your application has completed processing. Please allow at least 2 weeks for that to occur if you filed by phone (homeowners only) or online. Additional time is required to process rebate paper applications. Once your application has been processed, the system will provide the amount of your rebate and the date it was issued.

If you have received your 2008 rebate and believe the amount was wrong, please review the information regarding 2008 rebate amounts by income limits for homeowners and tenants before you contact the Division.

• Homeowners Age 65 or Older and/or Disabled on December 31, 2008
