The Transportation Trust Fund provides funding for New Jersey's transportation system

Trustee Services

The New Jersey Transportation Trust Fund Authority contracts with financial institutions to act as trustee for financial transactions related to bond sales. This includes the deposit and investment of bond sale proceeds, paying vendors for costs of issuance, and paying bondholders for interest and principal due. If and when a trustee’s services are needed for a specific transaction, a competitive RFP process is initiated and the trustee is selected by the Issuer in consultation with the State Treasurer
