Energy Management and Accounting Services
It is the intention of the Authority solicit proposals from those firms interested in providing utility bill energy management and accounting services. The Authority seeks to contract with a service provider for the payment of utility bills which can provide the necessary expertise and manpower needed to properly manage the Authority’s utility accounts and energy management programs. The term of the award made pursuant to this RFP will be two (2) years with the option to extend for one additional year at the Authority’s sole discretion

Actuary Services
It is the intention of the Authority to solicit proposals from firms interested
in providing actuarial services with respect to the Authority’s worker’s compensation general liability and automobile liability exposure.
The Authority seeks to contract with a providing such services.

Insurance Brokerage-Risk Management
Services
It is the intention of the Authority to solicit a Request for Qualifications for a brokerage firm to provide the New Jersey Turnpike Authority with insurance brokerage/risk management services with respect to the Authority’s proposed Owner Controlled Insurance Program.
