In 2016, the Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC) unanimously approved several changes to its project review fee structure, including an annual monitoring and coordination fee and an annual, indexed inflation adjustment for most fees and water supply charges. These changes became effective January 1, 2017; annual, indexed inflation adjustments take effect on July 1 of each year. The most recent annual, indexed inflation adjustment took effect July 1, 2019.
Please Note: There is no annual, indexed inflation adjustment for fiscal year 2021 (effective July 1, 2020). All fees remain the same as those effective July 1, 2019.
