The FSC Practice Profile training sessions provide support to center leadership in the coaching and development of FSC staff, as well as the integration of the Practice Profile into existing FSC systems.  The links below contain the tools and resources needed for FSC leadership to implement and train FSC staff on the Essential Functions. All FSC directors are required to have participated in the FSC Practice Profile Training (Sessions 1-5); any FSC director missing a training session should reach out to their Regional Coordinator for support.  FSC directors who've completed all Practice Profile sessions are expected to use the material to train their FSC teams in understanding and implementing the Essential Functions.  Below, FSC providers can access links and additional training material for sessions 1-5.  Feel free to reach out to your Regional Coordinator with any questions about the training session.
