Contract Award Process: How to become a DCF contractor?

The New Jersey Department of Children and Families (DCF) procures contracts with third party providers of services and training for the benefit of children and families. The Office of Grants, Integrity, and Auditing (GIA) of DCF administers a fair and open procurement process that allows for public competition through the development and processing of Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Information about the currently active opportunities to fund new contracts may be accessed in the chart below this section.

*NOTE: All responses to RFPs and RFQs must be submitted ONLINE. If you want to submit a response, you must FIRST complete and submit an Authorized Representative (AOR) Registration form at least five business days prior to the due date of the RFP or RFQ.
