OPD Invited to Miami-Dade Mental Health Visitation

Chief Justice Rabner invited the OPD, along with the Attorney General, to observe the Miami-Dade Mental Health Diversion Program.  Director of Mental Health Advocacy Carl Herman and Morris Deputy Tom Belsky represented the agency.  Our hope is that NJ will initiate a similar Court-sponsored program.
